Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
